Yes. From the approval email or your dashboard, you can modify or cancel any upcoming order up to 48 hours before the delivery date. No charge for cancelled orders.
You pay per treat delivered. Pricing is included in each order — no monthly fees or subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
